Prime Builders-Trichy

Even though our name says Trichy, we are actually based out of Melur in the Madurai District. You can find us at 31K, Kasthuri Bai Nagar, which is right near the old Akbar Plough Works. Being in this part of Tamil Nadu is great because we are close to the people we build for. Prime Builders isn't a giant construction conglomerate. We are a local team that knows the land and the local style. Most of our days are spent out in the sun, checking on sites or talking to suppliers. The office in Kasthuri Bai Nagar is where we do the planning, but it's not a place where we spend too much time. It is a practical space, filled with blueprints and tools. We don't care much for fancy furniture or corporate talk. We would rather talk about bricks and cement. Melur is a good place to be, and everyone around here knows everyone else. We have a reputation for just getting on with things. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the rains come, but we just adjust our schedules and keep going. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just build things. That is what we have always done. If you stop by the office, don't expect a receptionist in a suit. You’ll just find one of us with some dirt on our hands, ready to talk about your project and get started.
