Patel-Knr Jv

The office for the Patel-Knr Jv is located at 41/60A on 3rd Street in N.G.O Nagar. We are down in Thirumangalam, which is in the Madurai district of Tamil Nadu. This is a joint venture, so we have a mix of different staff members working together here. The office building is quite plain and sits on a street that is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet. We focus on infrastructure projects like building roads and other public works across this region. Madurai is known for being very hot, and our office is no exception during the middle of the day. We usually have the fans going at full speed while we look over site plans and coordinate the heavy machinery. Our desks are covered in dust from the local roads and stacks of reports that need to be filed. We don't have any fancy corporate decorations or a polished reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our shirtsleeves, drinking tea and trying to solve some problem with a project timeline. Most of our workers are from around here, and they know the local language and the way things work in the district. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big image. We are just focused on getting the actual construction work done properly so that the roads stay in good shape for the people who use them every day.
