We spend most of our time here at the Subbiah Naidu Industrial Complex in Y Pudupatti. It is located near Arumbanur Post. Being in the flavour and chemical trade means there is usually some kind of smell in the air around the place. Some days are quite long when we are trying to get all the different mixes sorted out for the orders. We just get on with the work that needs doing. The team here has been around for quite a few years now. We don't really do much fancy stuff or have big meetings. It is mostly just about making sure the chemicals are handled right and the flavours come out the way they are supposed to. People often ask us what it is like working in an industrial complex like this. It is mostly just routine stuff, checking the drums and keeping an eye on the supply in the warehouse. Sometimes the weather out here in Y Pudupatti gets really hot, which makes the physical work a bit harder, but we just manage. We aren't a big flashy company with a lot of office layers. It is mostly just us working through the daily tasks as they come in. We have got our setup here and it works for what we do. You won't find anything too complicated about how we run things. Just folks doing their jobs and making sure everything is loaded up correctly on the transport trucks.
