Our place is on Azad Street in Gandhi Nagar, number 19. It’s a busy little area, but we’ve got a good routine going here. We handle a mix of chemicals and different flavors that go into all sorts of things. Most of the time, we are just busy with paperwork or moving drums around the floor. It’s a simple building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. When a truck comes in, we all help out to get things unloaded quickly because the street is narrow. It can be a bit of a squeeze for the drivers. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or because they’ve been buying from us for a decade. We just focus on getting the ratios right for the chemicals and making sure the flavors are what the customers asked for. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going to stay cool. We just do the work as it comes in. Sometimes things get delayed if a shipment is late, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We are just regular people working in Gandhi Nagar, trying to stay organized and keep the shelves full of what’s needed for our daily orders.
