Opla Management Consultants Private Limited is located out on Sivagangai Main Road. We're specifically at R.S No. 19/5 in Esaneri Village. It's a little bit outside the main crush of Madurai, which suits us just fine. You get a bit more space to breathe out here. We deal with management stuff, mostly. It's not the kind of thing you can explain in a five-second soundbite. Mostly, we just help people get their internal systems sorted out. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just a solid building with enough room for our desks and a few chairs for visitors. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the traffic on the main road. Sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes it’s a bit noisy with the trucks passing by. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Tamil Nadu. We just want to do the work well and go home at the end of the day. There’s no big corporate vibe here. Most of us have known each other for years. We usually have lunch together and talk about anything other than work for an hour. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just show up at the office and get to it. Sometimes we run out of milk for tea, but we manage. It is a simple place for serious work.
