New Lucky Travels

Our business, New Lucky Travels, is right at No 1 Anna Complex on West Veli Street in Madurai. We are situated directly opposite the fire office and very close to the Periyar Bus Stand. This area is one of the busiest parts of the city, so there is always a lot of shouting, horns honking, and people rushing to catch their buses. We also serve the Sivaganga area, so we get quite a mix of people coming through our doors. The office in the Anna Complex is small and basic. We have a couple of desks and some old chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their bookings. It’s not the kind of place that has air conditioning or fancy decorations. We just focus on getting the travel arrangements right. Being so close to the Periyar Bus Stand means we are always on our toes. We help with bus tickets and car hires all day long. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy when everyone shows up at the same time, but we eventually get everyone sorted out. We’ve lived in Madurai all our lives, so we know the local routes and the bus timings by heart. We don't use any corporate language or make big promises. We just work hard to make sure our customers get to where they are going without too much trouble. It is a noisy but good life here.
