If you head over to Narayanapuram West and look for No. 73 Abirami Street, you’ll find us. Manuels Impex is a small business we’ve been running for a few years now. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. Our building is a simple one, nothing that stands out from the other houses on the street. Inside, it’s a different story with all the activity. We handle a lot of the small details that go into moving products around. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the rules and regulations, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't use much in the way of marketing. Most of our clients come to us because someone else told them we’re reliable. We take that seriously. We aren't perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them quickly. It’s just the way we were raised. We spend a lot of time checking our stock and making sure everything is ready for transport. The guys who drive the trucks are like family to us. We’ve spent many hours sitting around the table here talking about the best routes and how to avoid the worst traffic. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours, and we’re proud of what we’ve built on Abirami Street.
