Mpr Exporters

You can find us over at No. 106 South Marret Street. Mpr Exporters is a place where there is always a box being taped up or a pallet being loaded. South Marret Street is a busy spot, so there is always the sound of horns and people shouting outside our doors. Inside, it’s all about getting goods ready to go somewhere else. We handle a lot of different items, and our warehouse area is usually a bit of a jumble of crates and packing tape. It’s not a polished showroom. We have some old wooden desks and a computer that’s seen better days. The floor is concrete and often has scuff marks from all the heavy lifting. We spend our time checking lists, making sure the quantities are right, and worrying about shipping schedules. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone trying to figure out where it is. We don’t have fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and a bunch of stickers for different ports. It’s an honest way to make a living, even if it’s tiring and my back aches at the end of the day. We are just a local bunch of people making sure things get from here to there without too much trouble.
