We’ve been operating out of Sanjeeve Nagar for a bit now. It’s an interesting name for a business, I know, but we handle a lot of the logistical and development side of things. Madurai is home for us, specifically over in Anaiyur. We started with just a couple of people in a small room at number 12. Most days it’s just us figuring out plans and making sure the development steps are moving along like they are supposed to. It gets a little crowded in the office when everyone is there at once, especially with all the maps and papers spread out. We don’t really do the big corporate thing with suits and long meetings. Instead, we usually just talk through what needs to happen next over tea. Sometimes things get delayed because of stuff outside our control, but that’s just how this kind of work goes. We try to stay focused on the tasks at hand here in the extension area. Local folks see us coming and going all the time. It’s a quiet enough street, and we like being part of the community here. There isn't anything too complicated about how we work. We just show up, look at what needs doing for the day, and get to it. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on moving or changing how we do things.
