L And B Associates is situated at No 11/1 on E2 Road in Chinna Chokkikulam. We are quite near Arasan Sweets, which is a place almost everyone in this part of Madurai knows. Our office is a very simple setup where we handle all our building and planning work. We don't have any big signs or a fancy reception area. It is just a place where we sit down and get our work done. Most of the time, we are busy with paperwork or out visiting sites to see how things are progressing. Chinna Chokkikulam is a busy neighborhood, and we like being right in the middle of it. We are not trying to impress anyone with a corporate image. We just want to do our jobs well and help people with their construction needs. If you come in to see us, you will probably see us surrounded by maps and project files. We have been working in Madurai for a long time and we understand how things work here. We prefer to speak plainly and honestly about what can be done and what cannot. People seem to like that we don't make things sound more complicated than they really are. If we are not in the office, we are probably just down the road checking on a project.
