Kartya Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is based in 51 KASP Tower, right on the By Pass Road. It is a good spot for us because we can get to our different construction sites pretty quickly from here. The tower is a well-known landmark, so people don't usually have trouble finding our office. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of building projects. It’s not just about the big structures; it’s about the plumbing, the wiring, and all the stuff people don’t see. We have a small team here that knows how to handle the pressure of deadlines. Sometimes the office is a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but we usually manage to get things sorted out. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or fancy titles.
