Jr Dental Clinic

If you live in Pudhur, you might have seen Jr Dental Clinic. We are tucked into G-1 of the Indigo Enclave Apartments. It’s actually kind of nice being in an apartment complex because it doesn't feel like a scary doctor's office. It feels more like visiting a neighbor. We have the dental chair set up right there and all the tools for cleaning teeth and fixing cavities. It’s a small space, so we can’t have too many people in at once. Usually, it’s just one or two patients waiting in the little chairs we have by the door. The light in the afternoons is quite bright coming through the windows. We spend our days looking at teeth and telling people to brush better, which most people don't like to hear but it's part of the job. Since we are in the Indigo Enclave, we see a lot of the families who live right upstairs or in the next building over. It makes the workday go by fast when you know the people coming in. We keep our schedules in a big paper book mostly, though we try to stay organized. It’s just a simple dental practice. No big neon signs or anything like that. We just focus on the teeth and making sure the equipment is sterilized properly. It gets a bit quiet when the rain starts, but otherwise, someone is usually in the chair getting a checkup. It is a simple life for us here in Pudhur.
