Jay Physiotherapy Clinic

The clinic is located right in Eswar Plaza on Cumbum Main Road. It’s a pretty central spot, so most people don't have trouble finding us when they need to. We’ve been at Jay Physiotherapy Clinic for some time, working with folks who have stiff backs or trouble walking after an injury. The space inside the plaza is simple. We have the equipment needed for exercises and some tables for the sessions. It’s usually me and a couple of others here helping people through their movements. Sometimes it smells like muscle rub in here, which I guess is expected. We see people of all ages. Some are athletes from around the area, but mostly it's just regular people who hurt themselves lifting something heavy or just getting older. We don't have a big fancy reception team, so if the phone rings while we are with someone, we might take a minute to get to it. Cumbum Main Road is always noisy, but inside the plaza, it’s a bit quieter so patients can focus. We spend most of our day showing people how to stretch or doing manual work on their joints. It’s practical work. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just the standard things that help people get back to their normal routine. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the Eswar Plaza sign and head in. We’re usually there from morning until the evening, depending on how many people are scheduled.
