Jaas Medical & General

Operating out of Trichy Main Road in Melur is a busy task most weeks. We started Jaas Medical & General to give the folks around here a place where they can pick up their medicine and a few household things at the same time. Madurai gets pretty hot, and we spend a lot of time making sure everything stays cool and stored properly inside. It's a straightforward setup. We've got the pharmacy section and then some general items like soaps and snacks on the side. Most of our day is spent checking prescriptions or helping someone find a specific brand of biscuits. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local spot that people trust when they're feeling under the weather. Sometimes we run out of something because the supply truck was late, but we usually sort it out pretty fast. The shop is located right where people pass through often. We know many of the faces that come through the door by name. It’s not a quiet job, but we like the pace of it. We keep the counter clear and try to get people on their way without much fuss. It’s a simple business. We focus on having the basics ready. People come in, get what they need, and head back home. That is pretty much how our days go here on the main road. Melur is a good place to be, even with the traffic and the noise from the main road outside our door.
