J R S Agencies is at 2A, F.F Road in Balarangapuram. It is a bit different from the very center of Madurai, but it still has its own rhythm. F.F Road can get pretty busy with local traffic, and we are right there in the middle of it. The building we are in is nothing fancy, just a standard spot where we can get our work done. Inside, it is mostly functional. We have our desks and our computers, and not much else. We have been in Balarangapuram for a while and we like the neighborhood. It feels a bit more grounded than the heavy tourist areas. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through stacks of paper. The lighting isn't the best, but it works for us. Usually, there is some music playing from a shop nearby, or you can hear the sound of motorbikes going past. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how everything runs. We keep things pretty simple. If someone walks in, they get greeted by whoever isn't on the phone. We don't have a receptionist or a polished lobby. It is just a working office where we try to keep things organized. We have our routines and we stick to them. It is a straightforward business in a solid part of town where we do our own thing every day.
