Our office, J P Tours & Travels, is located at No 23/11 A on Bharathiyar Road in the Jaihindpuram area of Madurai. We are very close to the police station, which is a useful landmark for anyone coming to see us for the first time. Jaihindpuram is a busy neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. We don’t have a polished corporate office with air conditioning that works all the time or fancy furniture. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down with people and figure out their travel routes. Whether it’s a car for a wedding or a bus ticket to a nearby town, we just handle it. The street outside has a lot of shops and people going about their daily business, so it’s never boring. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or writing down details in our books. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or changes, and we just tell people how it is. We don’t use big marketing words to sound better than we are. We are just a local travel shop trying to do a decent job for the people who live around here. Being near the police station means it’s a safe and easy-to-find spot. We open up in the morning and stay until the last booking is sorted. It’s just us, some chairs, and a lot of travel talk every day.
