If you head down to 25 Railway Feeder Road in Tirumangalam, you will find our setup. It’s not a quiet place because of the trains passing by quite often. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The building is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it works for what we need. Most of our day is spent handling the machines and making sure everything is running okay. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of offices. It’s just a small group of us working on the floor. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the entryway. We don't spend money on big signs or bright lights. Most people know us just by the address or the noise of the work coming from inside. Usually, we start around eight in the morning. Someone brings tea for everyone around eleven. It's a simple routine that we’ve stuck to for years. We deal with various metal parts and assembly work mostly. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves on the spot. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. If you need to find us, you just come to the railway road. We’re usually here until late evening. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time without overcomplicating things. There is no need for big speeches here.
