Down on Sathyamoorthy Street in Madurai, you’ll find our little office at number 28. It’s a busy street with lots of bikes and people walking by all the time. We go by Ideal. The building is an older one, but it stays relatively cool inside because of the thick walls. We’ve been here in Tamil Nadu for quite some time now. Dealing with customers in Madurai is always interesting. People have a lot to say about their day. We keep things simple here. No fancy lights or expensive chairs. Just some basic stuff to get the job done. The pincode is 625002 if you're looking us up on a map. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in this climate. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We handle our daily paperwork and talk to whoever comes through the door. It’s not a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. My uncle started this place a long time ago and we just kept it going. We have a small window that looks out onto the street. It’s nice to watch the city move while we work. We don't have any big plans to expand or move elsewhere. We like it right where we are. It’s home for us.
