You can find us over at No 115/16 in Keelavasal. We are located in Somasundra Nadar Lane, which is one of those narrow spots in Madurai City where you have to be careful how you park your scooter. If you know the Motta Pullayar Koil, we are right behind it. Being near the temple means we hear the bells and the crowds all the time. The shop itself is pretty small, and we have stuff stacked up almost to the ceiling most days. It’s just how we have always done things. My family has been around this area for a long time, so we know most of the people who walk by. The lane can get pretty dusty and the drains sometimes smell when it rains, but that is just part of being in an old part of the city like 625001. We don’t have a website or any of that new stuff, just the physical shop and our ledgers. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting bags and counting items by hand. I usually spend most of my time sitting at the wooden desk near the front, talking to whoever stops by. We aren't looking to grow into some huge company, we just want to keep things running smoothly and serve the people who live around Keelavasal. It’s a quiet enough life, even with the temple noise next door.
