Our office is on the second floor of Santhoshraj Plaza, which is on Subbaraman Street. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Apex Match Consortium is a small operation here. We have a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of folders. The view from the window isn't much, just the street below and the buildings across the way. It’s usually a bit noisy with the traffic and the shops on the ground floor, but we manage to stay focused. We aren't the type of company that has a big polished lobby or a coffee machine that does everything. We just have a basic setup where we can sit down and get through the tasks for the day. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we’re more like a small group of friends than just coworkers. We share snacks and complain about the heat when the AC isn't working right. People come by to discuss business, and we usually just sit around the main table. There’s no pressure to look corporate; we just dress comfortably and do our jobs. Subbaraman Street is a good place to be because there are plenty of spots nearby to grab a quick bite. We like the local feel of the plaza. It’s not a high-tech building, but it works for what we need to do. Every day is pretty much the same routine of paperwork and phone calls.
