We are Eta Construction (I) Pvt Ltd and we operate out of Chennai. Since we do a lot of our coordination through the balaumesh15@yahoo.co.in email, we don't always have people sitting in a front office waiting for walk-ins. It’s easier to manage the construction sites when we can communicate digitally while on the move. Chennai is a spread-out city, so being mobile is pretty important for us. We handle various building tasks and private projects across different neighborhoods. The way we work is pretty simple. We get a message or an email, and then we head out to see what needs doing. It’s a practical way to run a construction business without getting bogged down in too much overhead. We’ve been at this for a while now. The team knows the local building codes and how the weather here affects different materials. We don't have a lot of polished marketing materials or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from being reliable and showing up when we say we will. Even though we use Yahoo for our main contact point, we are very much a hands-on group of people. You’ll find us on-site more often than behind a desk. We just focus on getting the structures built and making sure everything is done right. It’s hard work, especially in the Chennai sun, but we are used to it by now. That's just the way it goes for a local building crew.
