Dugar Housing is located over in Madurai, specifically at Thomas Colony on S.S. Colony Road. We are based out of a place shared with S. Usman at 22A. It’s a quiet enough area to get things done. Madurai is a big city with lots of people looking for places to live, so we stay busy with housing developments. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of people in ties. It’s just us working on getting houses built and managed. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we work through it. Living and working in Madurai means we know the local neighborhoods pretty well. We see how the city is changing. We’ve been at this address for some time now. People come by to ask about plots or how the building is going. We try to be helpful without all the complicated talk. It’s just about getting the roofs over people's heads. The office is simple. We have our files, some chairs, and a lot of phone calls to make to contractors. We just want to keep building and making sure the projects in Thomas Colony and beyond are finished. That's the main thing we focus on every day. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we know how to do.
