Devaki Speciality Hospital

Devaki Speciality Hospital is located at 26 Theni Main Road. It’s a very easy place to find because we are right on the main stretch where all the buses and lorries go by all day. Being on such a busy road means there’s always a lot of dust and noise outside, but that’s just part of being in this town. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but we keep everything functional. It’s not one of those massive corporate hospitals with glass elevators and expensive coffee shops in the lobby. We are a more basic setup. We have different wards and some specialized equipment, but the focus is just on helping the people who walk through the door. Most of our staff live nearby, so they know the people coming in. The waiting area is usually packed in the mornings with families from the surrounding villages. Sometimes the fans struggle against the heat, but we do our best to keep everyone comfortable enough. Parking is a bit of a struggle because we are right on the edge of the road, so things can get a bit cramped outside. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or marketing brochures. We just do the work that needs to be done every day. It’s a busy life here at number 26, but we are glad to be a place people can rely on when they are sick.
