Dawn Designs

Dawn Designs is situated at 171-A on Kamarajar Salai, specifically on Fisher Road in Madurai. Being in Madurai, you get used to the heat and the crowds, and our office is right in the middle of it. We are a design firm, so our space is usually covered in drawings, color swatches, and measuring tapes. We spend a lot of time on our computers but also a lot of time just talking through ideas. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in, and we sit down to talk about their projects. Fisher Road is a busy place, and there is always something going on outside. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. We handle various design tasks for people around the city. It’s not about being the most famous designers; it is just about making things look decent and work well. We have a small group of people here who are good at what they do. We don't really bother with marketing much. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we did for their friends or family. It is a very local way of doing things. We just keep at it, day after day, trying to get the details right. The tea stalls nearby keep us caffeinated, and the constant hum of the city keeps us moving.
