Chaallenger Info Care

We run Chaallenger Info Care from the ground floor of the Rmr Complex. We are situated in S.S Colony, right by the North Gate and directly opposite Devaki. It’s a convenient location because being on the ground floor means nobody has to mess around with stairs or elevators when they bring in heavy equipment. We handle a lot of info-tech services and care for various electronic systems. The office isn't very big, but it’s packed with equipment and spare parts. We spend most of our time at our benches, fixing whatever has been brought in that day. S.S Colony is a nice enough place to work, and being near the North Gate makes it easy to find us. We don’t go for anything fancy in terms of decor. It’s a workspace first and foremost. Sometimes the area gets a bit loud with people coming and going from the Rmr Complex, but we don't mind much. We aren't into big marketing pitches or making promises we can't keep. We just look at what’s broken and try to fix it as best as we can. Dealing with technology can be frustrating for people, so we try to keep things simple when we explain what’s going on. The view out the front window is mostly just the street and the gate, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We’ve been here a while and plan to keep doing what we do right here in the colony for as long as we can.
