You can find us at Preetham Plaza, which is No-184/06 right on the Bye Pass Main Road in Madurai. Being on the bypass makes it easy for people to stop in while they’re traveling through or coming from the city center. We deal with properties all around this side of town. It’s a busy road, so there’s always noise from the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve got a small setup inside the plaza where we handle the day-to-day business of real estate. We talk to buyers, look at property titles, and try to match people with what they’re looking for. Madurai is growing fast, and we see changes every week. We try to keep up with which areas are developing and where the new roads are going in. It’s a lot of ground to cover. We aren’t the type to use big words or try to impress anyone with a fancy office. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of phone calls. People come to us because we’re right here on the main road and we’ve been around long enough to know the history of some of these plots. Sometimes we’re out of the office showing a building, so the place might be locked for an hour, but we’re usually back pretty quick. We just do our work and try to be helpful to whoever walks in. It’s a straightforward business for us, and we don't mind the long hours much.
