Brainyfarms Agrotech Private Limited is sitting at 6722/810 on Thirumangalam Road. We are in Checkkanoorani, which is a busy part of the Madurai district. Even though the name sounds a bit technical, we are mostly just people who know about farming and want to help others do it a bit better. The office is right on the main road, so there is always the sound of horns and trucks passing by outside. Inside, it is usually just us looking at crop data or talking to a local grower about their soil. We don't have a bunch of scientists; we are just practical folks who have picked up some new ideas along the way. Sometimes we try things that work and sometimes we have to go back to the old ways. It is a lot of trial and error. People from all over Checkkanoorani come in to ask questions or just to see what we have on the shelves. We try to keep things very simple and down to earth. There is no point in using fancy language when you are talking about dirt and water. The building we are in is quite old and has its quirks, but it serves us well enough. We like being near the people we work for. It makes it easier to understand the problems they are facing in their own fields every day.
