Ayira Chits Private Limited is situated at 2, North Avani Moolai Street. This is one of those old, busy streets where everything feels like it’s been there forever. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a door with our name on it. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper records. We handle chit funds for the people who live and work in this neighborhood. It’s a very local affair. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the families who have lived here for decades. The street can get really crowded with traffic and people walking to the temple, so it’s always a bit noisy. We don’t mind it much. Running a chit fund is all about trust and being consistent. We show up every morning, open the shutters, and start the day’s work. There is no high-tech system here, just us and our calculators and registers. We make sure the auctions happen on time and that everyone gets what they are owed. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living while helping the community save a bit of their earnings. We don’t have any big plans to expand or move to a fancy glass building. We like being on North Avani Moolai Street where we are close to the people we serve. It feels right for the kind of work we do every day.
