Arthur Asirvatham Hospital

This is Arthur Asirvatham Hospital located at 42-a Kuruvikaran Salai in Anna Nagar. We’ve been a part of the Anna Nagar community for quite some time now. It’s a proper hospital, not just a small clinic, so we have more going on here than a typical office. There are different wards and a lot more staff running around at all hours. It can get pretty hectic in the mornings when the shift changes happen and new patients are being admitted. We see all sorts of people coming in for various reasons. The building has seen some years, but it’s sturdy and we keep it running as best as we can. There’s a lot of history in these walls. Our nurses and assistants are mostly local folks who have been here for years. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find out about us from their neighbors or family members who came here before. The street outside, Kuruvikaran Salai, gets quite a lot of traffic, especially during the morning rush hour. We have a small area for parking, but it fills up fast, so people often have to find spots nearby. It’s just a regular hospital doing its best to take care of the people who walk through the doors every day. We don't have fancy lobbies, just plain rooms and hallways where the real work gets done. It’s a busy life here, but it’s what we know.
