Apollo Hospital in K.K. NAGAR MADURAI is a busy place where we see people from all over the city. It’s situated in a part of town that everyone knows, so finding us isn’t usually a problem for folks. The heat in Madurai can be a lot, so we try to keep the inside as comfortable as possible for everyone waiting. There is a lot of activity from early morning until late at night. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and some newer faces too. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is always on the beds and the people in them. Sometimes the hallways are full of relatives talking, and it gets a bit cramped, but that is just part of the daily life here. We have a pharmacy that stays busy and the doctors are always moving between rooms. It feels very local, even though it’s a big name hospital. People come here because they know we are right here in the neighborhood. We don't use big words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. We just show up, put on our uniforms, and do the job that needs doing. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but seeing someone go home feeling better makes the long shifts worth it for most of us who work here in K.K. Nagar.
