You can find Ashoka Agencies on Annai Velankannai Street, specifically at No. 4/916. We are pretty close to Thevar Nagar in the Annai Nagar area. The street is usually lined with parked bikes and people walking to the local shops. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for loading and unloading things. It’s a simple room with some metal racks along the walls where we keep our stock. We have a couple of desks that have seen better days, but they work for us. The floor is tiled, and we try to keep it clean, though footprints are everywhere by the end of the day. We get a fair amount of sunlight through the front door, which is nice. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking what’s come in and what needs to go out. Annai Nagar is a decent place to be based. It’s not too far from the main transport routes. We know the delivery drivers who come by every afternoon. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have worked here for years. We usually have a radio playing in the background to keep things lively. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or things like that. We just come in, do our work, and make sure everything is in the right place. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business life. We just take it one day at a time here. That is it.
