This is Anantha Oil Store, located at 2/803, Narasingam Road. We are in Othakadai, Madurai. Our main thing is selling oil, as the name says. We’ve been at this spot on Narasingam Road for many years. Madurai can be very hot, so we spend a lot of time in the shade of the shop. People come from around Othakadai to get what they need for their cooking. We keep it straightforward. We are just one of the local businesses that keep the area going. We open early and stay until the work is done. It’s a lot of lifting and pouring, which is hard work, but we are used to it by now.
