Agl Garments

Our shop, Agl Garments, is located at No. 15 Jawahar Street. If you know Gandhi Nagar well, you’ll find us pretty easily. It's a quiet enough street most of the time, though it picks up in the evenings. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now. We handle a variety of clothing items here. It’s mostly just us and a few machines in the back. We spend our mornings opening up and getting the racks organized. There is always something to mend or a new shipment to unpack. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. The building is an older one, but it serves us well for what we need. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we manage to get the work done. Gandhi Nagar is a nice place to have a business because people are friendly. We see the same faces every week. It’s not just about the clothes; it’s about being part of the street. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a specific size, we look for it. If we don’t have it, we just say so. It’s just honest work. We stay open until late most nights because that’s when people are heading home from work and stop by to see what is new. It is a good way to live.
