We are located at 11, Ansari Nagar 1St Street in the Ma-Palayam area of Madurai. Our pin code is 625010, right here in Tamil Nadu. The office is a modest setup on a quiet street, which is a nice change from the busier parts of Madurai. We’ve been doing logistics work from this location for quite a while now. It’s a simple building with some old desks and a few fans to keep the air moving when it gets really hot in the summer. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning in every room. We just focus on the work, which involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of where shipments are at any given time. We work with a lot of different transporters and we’ve built up some good relationships in the area. Ma-Palayam is a friendly neighborhood, and we often see the same people every day when we step out for a tea break. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or fancy marketing. We just do our daily tasks, like checking manifests and making sure the drivers have the right directions. It’s a lot of small details that have to be handled correctly, otherwise things get delayed and people get frustrated. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything organized. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our business and we take it seriously in our own way.
