Absolute Decors

You can find Absolute Decors over at 8 Meenakshi Street in Chokkanathapuram, Madurai. We are situated right near the Income Tax Office, which makes us pretty easy to locate if you’re in that part of town. The shop is usually quite busy and it gets a bit dusty because of all the fabric and decor items we move around. Madurai is a hot city, so we always have the ceiling fans running at full speed to keep things comfortable. We aren't a big retail chain; we’re just a local business that has been around for a few years. People from the surrounding streets often stop by just to see what new items we’ve brought in. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a practical store where things are stacked up on shelves. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time getting down the narrow street, so we end up carrying things in by hand. It’s a lot of physical work and we’re usually pretty tired by the end of the day. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing person. We just talk to the people who come in and help them find what they need for their homes. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it suits us just fine. We open up early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down and the street gets quiet.
