Aaravya Spinning Mills Private Limited

Sevalpatti North Street is where we set up shop. The door number is 101/1. It’s a spinning mill, so it’s never exactly quiet around here. Aaravya Spinning Mills is really just a bunch of us working with the yarn. The building is an older one, with high ceilings and those big metal windows that don't always stay open properly. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the frames. The floors are concrete and they've seen a lot of wear over the years. We don't have a fancy logo or a polished entrance. You just come down North Street and look for the gate. Some days the humidity makes the spinning a bit tricky, but we’ve learned how to deal with it. We’re not a big corporate entity with a lot of rules. We just have our way of doing things that works for us. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually end up after the shift. It’s a tough job sometimes, and your hands get rough from the fiber, but it’s what we know. We’ve been part of this street for a while and we plan to stay. It’s just a local mill doing what mills do. No more, no less. We keep the machines oiled and the yarn moving out the door. Some days are long, but that is the nature of the work.
