Vasantinav Vikas Foundation

Vasantinav Vikas Foundation is found in the village of Matras, which is in the Madhepur block of Madhubani. Our office is at the home of Hari Nr. Raut, who is the son of the late Pitamber Raut. It’s a very small village setup in the Matras panchayat. Madhubani is famous for many things, but our corner is just a quiet rural spot. We don't have a big office building or any modern glass architecture. It's just a traditional village house where we manage the foundation's affairs. Living and working in the same place means we are always available. The village life here is simple. We don't use much technology beyond what is absolutely necessary. Most of our work is done through conversations and basic record-keeping. It's a bit far from the main town, but that’s where we belong. People from the block know how to get to the Raut household. We don't need big advertisements or a marketing plan. The work we do is just part of our daily life in the village. It's a modest way of doing things, and it suits the foundation well. We are just locals trying to do some good from our own village of Matras. It is a slow life, but we feel like we are where we need to be.
