Unisubodh Buildtech Private Limited is a local business based in Madhubani, right at Aamla Tola. We operate out of Ranjna Devi’s place. It is not a huge office with glass walls, just a regular spot where we handle our daily work. We focus on building and construction around this area. Sometimes the rain in Bihar makes things slow down, and we have to wait for the ground to dry before we can pour any concrete. It is just the way it goes. Our team is small and we know most of the people we work for. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment, but we have what we need to get the walls up and the roofs on. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on the site. It’s a lot of manual work and getting our hands dirty. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the country. We just want to do decent work for the people in Madhubani. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We deal with the usual problems like late deliveries or broken tools. We just fix them and keep moving forward. That is how we have always done things. No big speeches or promises, just the work itself. We live here and we work here, so we care about what we build.
