The Institute Of Commerce

The Institute Of Commerce is located at Shivnagarghat Chowk. This part of Darbhanga is always full of activity. Our space here is very simple and functional. We have rows of wooden benches and a couple of tables for the instructors. It gets a little dusty sometimes because of all the traffic on the road, but we do our best to sweep it out. When the sun comes through the front window in the morning, the whole room lights up. Most of the work we do involves numbers, so you will always see calculators and ledger books sitting on the desks. We do not have a fancy reception area. Usually, people just walk in and find whoever they need to talk to. The walls are painted a plain color and are mostly bare. There is a small tea stall just a few steps away where everyone goes when they have a break. Shivnagarghat is a good location because it is easy for people to get to from almost anywhere in town. We have a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking sound when it is on, but you get used to it. It is just a regular place where people come to learn things that will help them with their careers. The atmosphere is very straightforward and there are no unnecessary frills. We stay until the evening classes are finished and then head home.
