SEWA SANA NIDHI LIMITED

We are located on the Siswa Barhi road in Ward No. 5. This is in Phulparas, and the area is often called Dhoushi by the locals. Sewa Sana Nidhi Limited is a small operation we started to help out the folks living around here. The office is right by the road, so it gets quite a bit of dust when the trucks go by, but it is a convenient spot for everyone to reach. We are a Nidhi, so we only deal with our members. It’s a mutual thing where we all try to help each other save money. We don't have any fancy suits or big desks. It is mostly just us in our regular clothes sitting around and talking about the accounts. People drop in while they are out doing their shopping or coming back from the fields. We like that it is informal. There is no need for appointments or anything like that. You just walk in and we see what you need. Sometimes the records take a while to find if it’s a busy day, but we always get there. We are just simple people from Phulparas trying to provide a service that makes sense for our neighbors. Life in this part of Bihar is mostly about looking after your own, and that is what we do here. It is not a big corporate dream, just a practical local business.
