Our office is over in Purnia, right across from the Usha Hero showroom in Madhubani. It’s easy to spot if you’re in Ward 15. We handle both the building side of things and the consultancy part, which basically means we spend half our time looking at drawings and the other half talking to people about their land. Working here in Purnia keeps us on our toes. The team is usually busy with something or other, whether it’s checking on a site or sitting down with Shiksha Chand to go over the latest plans. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't a huge corporation with slick offices; it’s more about getting the job done right. Sometimes we’re out in the heat all day, and other times we’re stuck behind a desk trying to figure out the best way to move forward with a tricky layout. There’s always a lot of paperwork with these things, more than you’d think. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words to explain what we do. It’s just about building stuff and giving some advice when people ask for it. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we know the local area well. If you’re near the Hero shop, you’re basically at our doorstep. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we enjoy seeing a project actually come together after weeks of planning and work.
