Navin Telicome

Navin Telicome is located out in Madhepur village. We are quite close to the Kosi Dam, which is the main landmark around here. Madhubani district is where we’ve always been. The shop is just a small room we use to help people with their mobile phones and connections. Being near the dam, we get a lot of people passing through, but mostly it’s the local villagers who come to see us. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or bright lights. Just a counter, some chairs, and a few displays for phones and accessories. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes out here, so we do our best to help people with their data issues or setting up their phones. It’s a simple life in the village. We wake up, open the shop, and talk to whoever comes in that day. Some days it is very hot, so we sit under the shade of the roof and wait for the breeze. We’ve been doing this for a while and everyone knows us as the place to go for a recharge or a new phone cord. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know a bit about how these things work. It’s a small business but it serves the community well. You can find us easily if you are heading toward the Kosi Dam. Just look for the small shop with the telecom sign.
