Mithila Sarthi (Opc) Private Limited

We are located out in Benipatti, right at Manoj Kumar Jha’s place in the village. It is a quiet spot most of the time, though you can hear the local sounds of the tolla throughout the day. We started Mithila Sarthi because there was a need for some local support around here, and it just made sense to set up where we live. Most of our days are spent at our desks, dealing with the paperwork and the tasks that come our way. It is not some big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular room where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but that is just how it is in Benipatti. We know most of the neighbors and they know us. When people stop by, it is usually for a quick chat before we get back to whatever needs doing. We don’t have a big team of people in suits. It is just a few of us trying to make the business work. We focus on the daily stuff, making sure the records are right and the people who need help get it without too much fuss. It feels good to work from our own village instead of moving to a big city. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we finish what we started. It's nothing too fancy, but we like it this way.
