Madhubani Construction Private Limited is just a small outfit based out of Chunapur Road in Madhubani. We operate from Sanjay Kumar Singh’s place. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. Most days start early with the crew gathering around to figure out the plan for whatever project we have going on at the time. Construction in this part of Madhubani can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, especially when the rains come and the roads get muddy. We handle various building jobs around the neighborhood. It's mostly just bricks and mortar stuff. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy signs because everyone around Chunapur Road already knows where we are. My family has been in this area for a long time, so we just do things the way we know how. It’s not always perfect and sometimes there are delays with getting the cement delivered on time, but we always get the job finished eventually. We don't have a big office staff, it’s mostly just us doing the paperwork in the evenings. We like to keep things simple and local. If you’re walking down the road, you’ll likely see some of our tools or a pile of sand near the gate. It’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the work moving and help out with the building needs people have around here. It is just a regular life for us.
