Inplan Techno Projects Pvt Ltd set up shop here on Lohna Road in Darbhanga quite a few years back. Bihar is a different kind of place to work, but we like the rhythm of it. The office is pretty basic, just enough room for our desks and the files we need to keep track of the projects. It can get pretty humid here, so we have a few fans going all the time. We don't have any interest in looking like a big multinational company. We are just a local team trying to stay organized and get our tasks done on time. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the area well. The road outside can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, but we just wear our boots and get on with it. We don’t have a PR person to tell our story. It’s just us. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons usually involve a lot of technical discussions. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, and we have to sit down and figure out a new way forward. That's just part of the job. We value hard work and being straight with people. There are no polished speeches here. Just plain talk and a lot of focus on the details of what we’re building or planning. It’s a quiet life in many ways, but the work keeps us busy enough from Monday to Saturday. We like the stability of having a physical place where we can all meet.
