Working from a village like this is very different from being in a city like Patna or Bhagalpur. It’s much quieter here, and we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and local life. Our office is at the C/O Ram Bilakshan Yadav residence. It is a very humble setup, just a few rooms where we conduct our research and keep our records. We don't have a big corporate sign or a lobby. Most of our neighbors are farmers or local tradespeople. This environment helps us keep a clear head while we go through data and write up our findings. The pace of life is slower here, which we actually quite like. It allows us to be more thorough with our work. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow connections, but we’ve learned to work around those things over time. We aren't looking for fame or big awards. We just want to do our research carefully and contribute what we can from our small corner of Madhubani. It feels good to be part of the local community while doing professional work. Every day is a bit of a balance between the quiet village life and the detailed tasks we have on our desks, but we manage just fine in this setting.
