Ayaachi Nagar Yuva Foundation

Ayaachi Nagar Yuva Foundation is based in Village Sarso, specifically in the Tola Sarisab area. We are part of the Pandaul block and we have been here for quite some time now. Having 'Yuva' in the name just means we have some young energy involved in what we do, which is helpful when there is physical work to be done around the village. We aren't some distant foundation with an office in a skyscraper. We are right here on the ground in Sarisaw Pahi. You might see us walking around the village or hanging out near the block office. We don't have a lot of money for big projects, so we focus on what we can do with our own hands. It’s a lot of community stuff, helping out during festivals or when someone’s house needs a bit of repair. We don't write big reports or have long meetings. We just see a problem and try to get some of the local guys together to fix it. Sarso is a good place to live, and we want to keep it that way. Sometimes the older folks give us advice, and we try to listen, even if we think we know better. It’s a learning process for all of us. We are just a group of local people who care about our village and want to stay busy doing something useful.
