Aadi Bhavani Construction Private Limited

Aadi Bhavani Construction Private Limited is located out in Sukki, which is part of the Khajauli block in Madhubani district. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, but there is still plenty of work to do. We are rooted in the village of Suki. Most of us have lived here our whole lives. We do construction work for the local community, building houses and fixing up structures that have seen better days. We don't have a fancy office or any high-tech equipment. We use what we have and we work hard. Madhubani is famous for its art, but it also needs solid buildings. We try to provide that. Being in a rural area means we have to be resourceful. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves. If materials are late, we find something else to do until they arrive. We don't use much corporate talk because it doesn't fit here. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because they usually are. It’s a simple way of doing things. We wake up early, go to the site, and come home when the sun goes down. We like the feeling of finishing a project and seeing a family move into a new home. It’s good work and it keeps us connected to our roots in Sukki. We hope to stay here for many years.
