Shanticare Gramin Vikas Nidhi Limited

We are located in the Chausa block of Madhepura district. Our office is right there in the village, part of the local panchayat area. We chose the name Shanticare Gramin Vikas because we are focused on the rural side of things here in Bihar. It is a very local operation. We don't have a high-rise office or a fleet of company cars. Most of us just walk or ride a bike to get to work in the morning. The office is a simple place where we keep our books and talk to the community. We aren't trying to be something we are not. We're just a nidhi company helping folks out with their mutual benefits. Life in Madhepura is mostly about agriculture and small trade, and we fit right into that daily rhythm. We don't do flashy marketing. Word of mouth is how most people know we even exist. It is an honest way to run a business. We see the same people at the market that we see in our office. That makes you want to do a good job. We keep things straightforward and don't use any of those confusing financial terms. If someone has a question, we just explain it in plain English or the local tongue. It is a small team here, but we stay busy. Chausa is a quiet place most of the time, and we like the pace of things here. We just do our work, fill out our forms, and go home.
