Netajee Construction Private Limited is basically just us working out of Adarsh Nagar in Madhepura. We’ve been here for a bit now. The office is actually at the home of Ramcharan Shah’s son, which makes it easy to find if you know the neighborhood. It’s right there in R.W.N.-7. People around here know the family, so they just stop by when they need something built or fixed up. We don’t have any fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It is mostly just stacks of papers and some dusty boots near the door. Madhepura is a quiet place for the most part, and we like it that way. We spend most of our days out on various sites, making sure things are moving along like they should. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the rains come and the roads get all messy, but we manage. If you are looking for us, just head toward Adarsh Nagar. We are usually around during the day, unless we had to run out to get supplies or check on a crew. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a local business trying to get the work done right. We deal with all sorts of small jobs and bigger projects too, whatever comes our way in this part of Bihar. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast when there is a lot to do. We usually have some tea around four and talk about what needs to happen tomorrow.
